Whether you’re booking an appointment in advance, looking for same-day availability, or simply want to stop by and see if a provider is available, we’re happy to serve you! WALK-INS & SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS ✨ Same-day appointments and walk-in services are welcome based on provider availability. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend booking your appointment in advance whenever possible. Need an appointment today? Check our online booking page or contact the provider you’re interested in to see if an opening is available. APPOINTMENT ARRIVALS ⏰ We allow a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Please arrive on time and ready for your service. If you anticipate being late, please communicate with your provider as soon as possible. Arrivals exceeding the 10-minute grace period may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling, depending on the appointment and the day’s schedule. Please NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE unless cancelled by a professional!!! but must be transferred at least ONCE ! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 🚨
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
24+ HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be made without an additional fee. Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time only. If you have not paid a deposit, a deposit will be required to secure your rescheduled appointment.
RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE
Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment is considered a last-minute reschedule. Your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, plus a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for deposit transfers or refunds.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require payment of a 100% no-show fee based on the remaining service balance before another appointment can be booked.
OUTSTANDING FEES
Any unpaid cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees must be paid in full before booking future appointments. Clients with outstanding balances will be restricted from booking until payment is received.
